		<description>I remember that from when I was working full time in food industry as something well known.  I also remember seeing something on one of the Food Network shows about 2 years ago about how to properly disinfect kitchen sponges/scrubbers, that basically said "Nuke the heck out of them."

I wonder when the original study did come out.</description>
